Neraida Luxury Villa consisting of 3 levels, with direct access from the infinity pool and terrace area to the ground floor with its fully equipped modern kitchen with open-plan living- and dining area. All floors can be accessed by lift.
Living and dining area consist of a large table with 12 chairs and a beautiful ceiling lamp. A comfortable corner couch with sofa and a nesting coffee table, a large Smart Samsung TV and an ecological - bioethanol fireplace. Large Floor-to-ceiling doors lead to a specious veranda with panoramic sea view over the Cretan Sea.
A modern kitchen, features direct access to an outside seating area with a garden and sew views. It offers a built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, stainless steel and electric smooth cook top and a flat-screen 32’’ TV. Kitchen cupboards and drawers are fully equipped with kitchen utensils and cleaning products. It also offers 2 large fridges with freezers, Nespresso's coffee machine, juicer and kettle and a plastic glasses for the pool area “safe-use”. An additional guest toilet can be found close to the kitchen space and living and dinning area.
This floor offers a Standard Bedroom with a walk-in closet, small outside sitting area with the view to the main entrance of the Villa. It features 2 single beds, which can be used as double bed, large wardrobe with safe box, 42’’ TV, working space with desk and bathroom with shower and toilet.
The highlight of an outside area features a 9 x 5,5 m seawater, infinity pool with an against-current swim, jacuzzi and waterfall jet. (Pool depth varies from 1,05 m to 1,80 m; heating is available on request). This space offers wooden & metal sun-loungers, open-air showers and roofed sitting area with a ceiling swing chair with a stunning sea view.
Outside area offers as well: a large veranda with a stunning sea views, a roofed covered dinning area with 12 chairs, large garden space with a sea views, a barbecue area, stone oven and a small covered outside kitchen space.
Parking space can fit up to 4 cars.
The first floor features 2 Master Bedrooms and 1 Standard Bedroom with large veranda, garden and space for a children playground.
Both Master Bedrooms feature double beds with bedside cabinets, large floor-to-ceiling balcony windows with spacious private terraces, sitting areas and mesmerizing sea views. Large wardrobes with safe box, 42’’ TV and working spaces with desks are offered.
1st Master Bedroom has the largest of all rooms, en-suite Master Bathroom with bathtub, separate shower space and private balcony with side sea views.
2nd Master Bedroom special feature is a bathtub with a direct view to the sea.
Standard Bedroom has a large private veranda with sitting area, playground space for children and garden view. Double bed or 2 single beds, bedside cabinets, large wardrobe with safe box, 42’’ TV, working space with desk and bathroom with shower and toilet are offered.
Next to the rooms, there is an elevator that can access all floors.
On the lower ground floor it features 2 Standard Bedrooms with shower in the bathrooms and large windows looking directly to the sea.
For the convenience of the guests staying at that floor, there is an additional small kitchen space with a fridge. Modern Steam bath with beautiful celling, shower and toilet as well as a laundry room can be also found.
Gym space offers treadmill, multi gym home equipment, wall rope and weights adjustable smart dumbbell set. Guests can enjoy also a large 65’’ TV.
Lower floor is also accessible by the lift.
Neraida Luxury Villa has immediate access to the highway and so it is easy to reach the nearby beaches of Heraklion, like Lygaria, Agia Pelagia, Mononaftis or Amoudara Beach. Each above-mentioned seaside Village, in summer, has a plethora of local tavernas, where you can try traditional Cretan dishes. In Spring - Autumn period as well as in the Wintertime, there are plenty of restaurants open in Heraklion Town, located just 15 minutes away by car. Big Supermarkets are located in Amoudara Village(at 6 km), Gazi Village(at 8 km) or Heraklion Town(at 15 km).
In Heraklion Town, as it is a Capital of Crete, you will find anything you may need - pharmacies, post, shops, local products, restaurants.

To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
