The living area and the kitchen are very suitable for family entertainment, while children are able to stay in another area of the living room and play and watch television. The kitchen is very well equipped and spacious. The pool and its facilities are wonderful and enjoyable; there is a shaded area next to the pool and a very good BBQ facility. The rooms in the villa: The top floor has 3 bedrooms, each with shower and toilet, two of which are large enough to allow young children to stay with their parents. On the ground floor of the villa there is another small apartment with separate entrance from the central space (there is no connection between the two). In addition there is another small apartment with two rooms and a shower that is actually adjacent to the kitchen, as shown in the pictures. There is covered parking for 3 cars in the complex. The villa has a surrounding fence and an electric gate. The complex is not adjacent to other houses.
