Azara1 suite is a new and beautiful decorated 2 br suite with a private pool (2,5 x 4 m), ideal for 4 people or 4 adults and 1 child. Enjoy yourself and relax in the large terrace of the suite watching the private pool, the boats at the port and the mountains around! There are two nice places outside. One of them is a covered veranda with a traditional arch and nice lighting facing the sea which means that you could be shadowed and few steps below you will be in the pool area with the large terrace and garden enjoying the Greek sun under the blue Greek sky!
The main entrance of the property leads you to the open-plan, fully equipped and nice colored kitchen with the dining and living room. In this area, there is a lovely wooden table for your meal, with similar chairs and two windows facing the sea and the port of Paros. Two beautiful and very comfortable sofas with a smaller table are a nice lounge area for your coffee watching satellite TV or surfing in the internet with the provided Wi-Fi. Next to this there is a hall which leads you to the bedrooms and the bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen size double bed, large wardrobes and provides direct access to the main covered veranda with unobstructed view to the port, the pool and the garden of the property. The second bedroom is a cozy place with two single beds (easily connected to a double bed, if you like) and wardrobes. Between the bedrooms, you will find the well decorated and colorful bathroom.
It is amazing to wake up and see the blue of the sea through your windows as a card postal! The property is very sunny and you could enjoy your holidays all year round. It is ideal for summer or winter holidays!

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
