Villa Marmite is a two-storey villa, that can host up to 6 guests, consisting of three bedrooms, two of them are located on the first floor with the other one. The bathrooms on the first floor are ensuite with showers. On the ground floor, there is another bedroom. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. On the ground floor, there is a spacious open area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with modern furnishings, and a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels. The large doors open onto the veranda and pool area, providing a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas.
The most dominant feature of the exterior area is a large swimming pool with a secure session for kids to swim, a lounge area with sofas making it the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. Pretty close to this area exists an outdoor dining table under a pergola next to the charcoal barbecue with a sink, cupboards, and preparation area. Next to this area, there are comfortable sunbeds with umbrellas for luxurious poolside relaxation. Spacious verandas and balconies are the best places to spend your time outside enjoying the Seaview and fresh air. Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the villa.
The swimming pool can be heated from April till the end of May and from 15th September till end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26-27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days advance notice for this facility.
The villa is situated at a very idyllic point and nothing can interrupt the magical views of the Cretan sea and mountains.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
