It is at the same time only at 7 min drive to the town of Naoussa. The very pretty village of Kostos lies just below, almost at walking distance, and is perhaps Paros's last undiscovered secret – an authentic, old-fashioned, non-touristy village that lives all year round. It was from Kostos that the marble of the Venus of Milos was found.

Due to its location, it's orientation and bioclimatic architecture guests can enjoy an exceptional micro climate, in comparison with the rest of the island, which consists of a temperature always 2-3 C lower, humidity which never exceeds the range of 45-50% and a portion of northen winds.

Unique white, Cycladic architecture provides a canvas for clean lines and uncluttered, simple spaces that radiate tranquility, while gently blowing muslin curtains and pale marble give the villa a feeling of freshness and airiness. Fine marble floors, indoor and outdoor furnishings and ceilings also showcase the care to detail. All bedrooms have sea views, and all ground floor rooms open onto the pool terrace.

Set on two separate levels, the villa features a spacious high-ceilinged living area with large white couches leading up to a minimalistic dining area and a second circular sitting area.

Designed and built as a permanent home rather than a summer home, this villa has been beautifully built to all year round, high specifications, with privacy and space in mind.

The exceptionally beautiful pool and terrace areas offer panoramic daytime views that plunge down across rural valleys to the sparkling sea below, while nights are filled with the full moon and twinkling lights of stars, passing boats and the villages of the coast. The effect has been maximized by the architect who has laid the house out around this endlessly fascinating, stunning view.

The property consists of a main villa that sleeps 10 in five bedrooms and a guest house that sleeps 2.

At the ground floor of the main house, there is the comfortable and spacious living room and the dining area. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring Miele appliances throughout, is to the side of the house, opening onto the terraces. On the same level there is a master bedroom with en suite shower room and the guest’s W.C.

The upper level consists of the master bedroom with a double bed and en suite shower room with a pergola shaded terrace adjoining pillowed lounges, offering great open-air living spaces for day and night entertainment. Two more twin bedrooms with their own shower room each, are also located on this level.

At the basement, covering 80 m2, there are two beds for staff, a bathroom with shower and a separate WC.

The guest house has a surface of 50 m2, with access from the pool terrace and consists of a double bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom and a day bed that could be used as an extra bed, dressing room and small kitchenette with Nespresso coffee machine ( at no extra cost)

The villa has a play room with exercise machines, a ping pong table and yoga equipment and a wine cellar.

Outdoors, a stone-built large outdoor area consisting of a pool terrace with sun-loungers and day beds, as well as a pergola shaded dining area with barbeque and wood oven both especially hand made built and adjoining pillowed lounges, offer great open-air living spaces for day and night entertainment. The outdoor area features a swimming pool 18 meters long (fresh water -shallow end) and a tennis court - mini soccer (artificial turf).

The gardens, enclosed by dry stone walls, have been thoughtfully landscaped to integrate into the natural setting. A walkway threads through 50 bougainvilleas and olive trees, colorful wild flowers and aromatic herbs. An organic vegetable garden produces seasonal vegetables and fruits that are used for the meals prepared by the cook.

This unique wind-protected location provides a stunning panoramic view to the South-East. Here you will enjoy a very healthy climate which ensures a pleasant freshness even in the hot summer months.
