The location of the villa makes the beaches of Agios Sostis and Panormos reachable within minutes, while Mykonos Town (Chora) is less than 15 minutes away by car where you can mix with the crowds and experience the island’s famous night life.
The style of this home is exquisite: the smooth-edged architecture gives to the exterior of the house a pure look, while the interior is sober and embellished with flair. The bamboo pergola is a relaxing place to enjoy cold drinks and aperitifs prepared from the outside bar. The outside area include the swimming pool the garden and the parking area.
Villa Kalas can accommodate up to 11 guests.
The interior of the house is fully furnished and consists of two floors. The lower floor has a very comfortable sitting room with fireplace and a large kitchen with open informal dining room very functional and nicely designed. The master bedroom is situated on the same floor with its bathroom.
On the top floor there are three bedrooms which are bright and spacious and two bathrooms: one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with sleeping loft, one bedroom with two single beds.
At the lower level of the main villa there is the Guest House. The Guest House can host up to three guests and it has its own separate entrance, a stone-build double bed, a sitting room with stone-build bed, kitchen and bathroom.

To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
