They are located on a large and spacious estate in a wonderful location, situated on a hill to the south of the Rammos village, with breathtaking views: to the Aegean and the islands as well as to the island’s ‘capital’, the Hora, spectacularly situated at the top of a mountain. The three villas are open and airy with lots of windows allowing plenty of natural light and providing wonderful views from all rooms.They are cool in the summer because of the prevailing northerly winds.
This is a beautiful and cozy house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The decoration follows the minimal and elegant style of the Cyclades islands. There is a lovely stone terrace with a pergola adjacent to the south side of the house. The living room, dining area and kitchen are open space with windows all around. The villa, standing high upon the hill, offers breathtaking views.
Our beautiful stonehouse offers breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. From the terrace one can watch the yachts and ferries entering and clearing the port. Serifos´ special attractions are many sandy beaches all around the island and the charming Chora.
At an easy 5 to 15 minutes' drive from the property you can find many lovely beaches, the harbour and Livadi village, where shopping is available. The Island offers many good tavernas at short distances from the villas, as near as a 10 to 15 minutes' walk.
The harbour of Livadi (at just 2,200 m from the villas) is set in a wide bay. Its seafront has many places to eat or have a drink. You will also find several bakeries, butchers, a handful of fruit shops, supermarkets, a pharmacy and various art shops. Local organic fruits, vegetables and other products available upon request.
The villas can be rented independently or as an ensemble to accommodate larger groups or host high-end workshops or other. All villas enjoy amazing undisturbed views and complete privacy with their own private open-air spaces. They are delightfully furnished in simple and elegant Cycladic style, they are comfortable and well equipped.
The house offers privacy being located off the rural village of Rammos. Access to the house by non-asphalt roads. Need a car to enjoy the island and its many beautiful beaches. Upon booking, host can provide info on car rental.
There is no airport on Serifos. The quickest way to reach the island is to fly to Athens, transfer to the port of Piraeus and take either a ferry (4 hours) or a high speed ferry (2.5 hours). There are also ferry connections to other islands including Sifnos, Kythnos, Syros, Folegandros, Santorini.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
