An  elegant stone villa  whose 90 m2 can host up to 6 guests. This lovely villa spreads out on 2 levels, covering a total of 90 m2, within a plot of land of 2000 m2, at the western part of Lefkada in Agia Marina.

Set in magnificent natural surroundings a comfortable distance (700 m away from the beach) and 1000 meters from the town of Lefkas, villa Ageliki is  ideal for medium sized families and smaller groups of friends who wish to preserve a more intimate, peaceful and independent atmosphere.

The house consists  of an open-plan sitting /dinning /kitchen area and of 2 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms:
1 spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and one twin bedroom with en-suite bathrooms and a third bathroom.

On the ground floor, the open-plan sitting/dining/kitchen area opens to all outdoor lounge and pool areas and there is a twin bedroom with en-suite  bathroom and a second bathroom .
A top designed metal staircase leads to the upper floor where  the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. At the exterior, there is a large dining area as well as ample lounge and sitting areas by the built-in BBQ. The infinity pool is 45 m2, and is surrounded by a wooden sun deck. Outdoor areas are handsomely shaded by pergolas.

This villa boasts the serene calm of the imposing centuries-old trees in the olive grove, which will marvel you with their elaborate shapes and sculptural contortions. Lounge in the comfortable outdoor sitting area reading, relaxing or just admiring the views. You won’t resist the temptation to spend the whole day there,just next to the infinity pool taking your time and enjoying the peace, quiet and beauty of the grounds.

Have your delicious morning breakfasts on the splendid handmade oak wooden  table, centre-piece of the veranda next to the pool or in the stone built barbeque among the orange and lemon trees of the mature garden. Then, relax or read in the chaises longues till evening , out in the sun or under the shaded pergola making some brakes for swimming in the infinity pool.
Ageliki stone villa has -both inside and outside the house- been designed, decorated and furnished to host and serve efficiently multi-generational families.All the rooms of the Villa are cool and  oak wood floored, the spacious living-room is the place to meet in the evening and relax  after a busy day of fun. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and snacks and you can also choose to eat indoors in the dining area with its soothing views of the olive groves.

Within a 6 minutes walk or 700 meters there is Agios Ioannis sandy beach , one of the best beaches of Lefkas where you can find beachfront restaurants, bars and watersport facilities. Within a ten minute walk you you can be in the town of Lefkas with shops ,museums old churches , restaurants ,bars and an interesting nightlife.

The beach of Agios Ioannis, the most amazing kite surfing spot in Lefkada and one of the best in Greece. The wind is thermal and ranges from 13 to 23 knots. The wind starts blowing at noon every day from May to September creating excellent conditions for sportsmen who have experience and good technique. In recent years in Lefkada conducted international Kite surf competitions.
