Directly opposite you will also find on the edge of the sandy beach a fantastic children’s playground. We pride ourselves on our personal service throughout your stay from the time we meet you on arrival until we say ‘see you again’ before your departure.
The property is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with room for an extra person in the living area. We accommodate infants & the house has a maximum occupancy of 5 adults. With one double bedroom and one bedroom which can be either twin or double plus a luxury sofa bed in the living area the house has maximum comfort for everyone.
A choice of pillows are available, with luxurious bed linen and plenty of space for all your holiday essentials to be stored away we have everything you need. A full kitchen is available for your unlimited use & comes complete with Full Oven, Hobs, Kettle, Nespresso Machine (capsules provided ), and all utensils for your stay. Dining table is situated in the kitchen area with seating for up to 6 people... with fantastic views and lots of natural lights it’s the perfect area to enjoy a breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Living area consists of a large corner sofa- which can be used as a bed for the 5th person, with TV and a beautiful sea view through the large windows.
Our last area to tell you about is the large balcony. With spectacular views and our beautiful outdoor jacuzzi its easy to say the location is amazing.
The Jacuzzi comfortably seats 3 people, and can be used with hot or cold water which is perfect to compliment our summer season & weather.
With brand new modern amenities & appliances in the house, comfortable rooms & great living space the house is a perfect place to enjoy as a couple, with friends or family.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
