Naousa is considered to be one of the prettiest villages in the Cyclades and, despite the development of tourism, this lovely village has manage to keep its authenticity, its character and its charm, with its whitewashed and flowered little houses and its tiny whitewashed churches and chapels, surrounded by labyrinth-like narrow, stone-paved alleys. These alleys contain restaurants, boutiques and handicraft shops which are well worth exploring. Little taverns and bars are boarding the port, creating a friendly and traditional atmosphere.
It has incredible views of Santa Maria beach and surroundings. You can enjoy sunrise to sunset on your private land which includes a large garden, a built barbeque with all the necessary equipment, an outdoor dining area and on the second level of the villa, our outdoor lounge area with direct views of the sea.
The villa has two levels. Entering the villa, guests are welcomed to a spacious living room area with TV which leads to the indoor dining area and the fully equipped open plan kitchen which has a store room. On this level, guest will also find 3 bedrooms, two with two single beds each and one with queen double bed and 2 bathrooms. Upper level, which can be used also as a Guests House since it has separate entrance, has 1 bedroom with queen double bed and a sofa bed, 1 bathroom and a fully equipped small kitchen. Through this level you can have access to the outdoor lounge area.
We will be more then happy to get you comfortable in your new surroundings, either by recommending restaurants, beaches according to your taste or by organising for you private tours of the island, access to yoga lessons with qualified teacher, car rental etc.

Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
