The villas are situated in southwest Kefalonia, in the lush area of Trapezaki (Lourdata), only 12 km from the capital Argostoli at the foot of the legendary mount Ainos, known for its famous black fir and wild horses. The southern location of the villas captures an inspiring sunrise, whilst you can always indulge to a romantic sunset.
A breath away from villa Nerina, there are beautiful sandy beaches with crystal clear waters, like Trapezaki beach, Lourdas, Spartia, Ai Helis, Minies, Avithos, Ammes, Koroni, Katelios.
The architecture of the villa with the unique 360ο, mountain and sea, view and the surrounding areas is a blend of modern and traditional, ensuring timeless and classy luxury with exceptionally wide comfortable spaces that can receive couples, families or large groups of friends.
Villa Nerine extends on two floors.
The entrance of the villa is on the first floor. The first floor consists of two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Both of the bedrooms have access to a pergola-shaded balcony with outdoor seating. Fantastic panoramic view can be enjoyed from the balcony.
The ground floor is accessible by a marble staircase, leading down from the main hall. The spacious living room on this floor features a stone fireplace with concealed lighting that creates a very intimate atmosphere at night.
Off the living room there is an outdoor covered sitting area by the poolside, with sofas (one is a built-in sofa) and a table.
The living room offers direct access to the dining room and open plan kitchen. They both have doors leading to the pool area.
A third bedroom and a family bathroom are also located on this floor.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
