The access is very easy as it is next to the main road. The Villa is fully equipped with all house amenities. The entrance, leads into the dining room. On the ground floor you can also find a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a bedroom with double bed. On the first floor are located the second living room and 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. One with double bed and one with two single beds. From this level you have access to the large veranda were the view is ecstatic.Our house can easily accommodate 6 guests in a cozy atmosphere that drives from the combination of wood and stone. The outdoor area is very large, with a beautiful garden, a built BBQ and a private indoors Jacuzzi (acc. 6 prs.) and gym area. The 2.5 acres garden is impressive. It is full of trees, bougainvilleas, hibiscus and other flowers. The fence can assure a huge playground for the children and at the same time a private place for the parents or the elders who want to read a book,enjoy the nature or simply relax under the trees and the summer breeze. The imposing building with the great history and the beautiful garden transports visitors to another era creating a unique feeling. The view is exceptional, as it is found in the brow of a slope that dominates in the Cycladic landscape.Here you can also find the barbeque area and the open parking.
The village of Manna is located along the public road and covers a distance of 2 kilometers. Located south of Syroscapital, it begins where Hermoupolis ends. It is only 5 minutes from the center of Hermoupolis and the island’s airport. It is also around 10 minutes from the most popular beaches of the island like Galissas, Poseidonia, Aggathopes or Delfini. An ideal location to have easy and fast access to every part of the island.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
