The villa is arranged across three levels. Level A covers 215 square meters and includes four bedrooms with four bathrooms. This level offers an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with direct access to the outdoor spaces. The gardens and terraces are enhanced by built-in seating areas seamlessly integrated into the rocky landscape and oriented toward panoramic sea views. It also features a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and dressing room, offering direct access to the outdoor seating area, three additional comfortable en-suite bedrooms, and a guest WC.
Level B spans 195 square meters and comprises four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It includes an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with direct access to the swimming pool and the spacious pergola-shaded lounge area. This level offers a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool, two deluxe bedrooms, and a generously sized en-suite bedroom with a separate entrance, specifically designed to ensure accessibility and comfort for guests with disabilities. A guest WC and an independent entrance with direct access to the pool complete this level.
Level C extends over 70 square meters and features two master bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Both rooms enjoy direct access to the swimming pool and outdoor seating areas via an external staircase. A large veranda offers sweeping panoramic views of the endless blue of the Aegean Sea.
Villa Light has been constructed with a low environmental footprint and is fully furnished with high-quality designer pieces. It features Italian-designed kitchen furniture, spacious wardrobes in every bedroom, premium mattresses, high-end sanitary equipment, refined stucco finishes, and ecological flooring made from lava plaster. High-quality wooden double-glazed windows provide optimal thermal and sound insulation. The three-level free-form infinity pool is fully protected from the wind and includes safe, shallow areas for children. Additional amenities include multiple VRV air-conditioning systems, solar panels, flat-screen televisions, Wi-Fi internet access, a security system, an outdoor barbecue area, and comfortable on-site parking. Optional services such as ground transportation and daily cleaning are available upon request at an additional cost.

Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
