The accommodation consists of a main house with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining area, as well as a separate apartment that comfortably sleeps two additional guests. The apartment includes its own kitchen, bathroom, living area, and private patio, making it ideal for couples or guests seeking extra privacy.

The private swimming pool is both children- and elderly-friendly, with a minimum depth of 0.30 m and a maximum depth of 1.30 m, featuring a unique shape and elegant design. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing guests to cook comfortably and enjoy time together, with direct access through sliding doors to the outdoor dining area.

Almost all bedroom furniture has been custom-designed by the owners and crafted by a local carpenter. The villa features professional-grade mattresses to ensure exceptional sleep quality, dressed with 300-thread-count embroidered linens bearing the villa’s logo. Towels are made from 600-thread-count Egyptian cotton, complemented by high-quality pillows for maximum comfort. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating. The four main bedrooms include walk-in closets with ample space for luggage and personal belongings, while the fifth bedroom features a beautiful handmade wardrobe created by the renowned Greek carpenter Saridis.

Selected artworks throughout the villa are created by a European artist, adding refined artistic touches that enhance the warm and elegant atmosphere of the home.

The outdoor area is surrounded by a vineyard and a small forest, offering a stunning natural landscape. The front of the property is fenced with stone walls, ensuring privacy and security. The outdoor dining table features a custom-designed marble top, combined with natural stone seating, wooden chairs, and comfortable outdoor cushions. The pool area is newly designed, hosting sun loungers and an outdoor living room where guests can relax day and night, especially when the pool lights illuminate the space.

The spacious outdoor grounds allow parking for more than four cars, with plenty of room for walking, relaxation, or light exercise. For families with children, a baby bath, baby wiper, and high chair are available upon request.
