The property is a semi detached house, located at an exclusive area were only few villas are build at the same area and its a quite area but not too far from the village or Rhodes city center. Therefore guests can have access within 1.5 minute drive via car or other transportation carrier to the nearest mini super market with fresh and local vegetables, fruits and other local delicacies.
The private hospital EUROMEDICA is less than 2min walk away from the house in case any guests need to be close to private hospital.
Rhodes city center takes approximately 15min drive to reach the centre. It is very easy to access the house as its only half a minute away from the main road Leoforos Lindou street that connects you with the north and south east part of the
island. The property is ideal for people who are looking for peace and quite surrounded by natural landscape and nature. Emarmene, has its own private gate to enter the property with huge surroundings surrounded with green. The property has its own privacy were
guests can lay and enjoy their time by the pool or the beautiful outdoor dinning area for bbq.
The property that is available for our guests is consisted of the main house that has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dinning room and the apartment that sleeps 2 more guests that has its own kitchen, bathroom living area and kitchen as
well as patio. The private pool is kids friendly, minimum depth is 0.30 cm and max 1.30m. The kitchen is fully equipped for our guest to feel comfortable cooking and enjoying at the same time their time with friends and family as the kitchen with the outdoor area is just outside the kitchen sliding door for direct access. Almost all our bedroom furniture have been designed by us and created by a local
carpenter, our mattresses are professional to ensure a good quality sleep for our guests as well and they are dressed by beautiful quality linen with 300 threads all embroidered with the logo of the house, towels made from Egyptian cotton 600 threads and comfortable pillows. All have air conditioning and heating. All four bedrooms have walk in closets were guests can store their suitcases during their holidays and plenty of space for their personal belongings. The 5 th bedroom has a beautiful handmade wardrobe by our famous Greek carpenter Saridis.
Some of the paintings in the house are also created by a European artist and gives the feeling of those small touches here and there.
The outdoor area is surrounded by a vineyard and a small forest on the front were offers a natural landscape and the house is fenced at the front with stone walls. The outdoor table with the huge marble top is also designed by the owners and has a few
touches of natural stone seating on it, outdoor pillows to provide a comfortable seating at the stone made seating area in combination with wooden chairs. The pool area is a newly designed and created with style hosting comfortably sun loungers as well as an outdoor living room for guests to relax during the day and night whilst the pool lights are on. The pool is a kids and elderly friendly pool as the depth start from 0.30cm up until 1.30cm and has a unique shape and style. The outdoor space is large were more than 4 cars can park comfortably at the outdoor
area and plenty of space to walk and even exercise. For the children there is a baby bath, wiper, high chair at request.
