Villa Leya

The imposing entrance and pathway bring guests directly to the central, open air living room, setting the tone for the informal and open-air lifestyle. This provides for a wonderfully easy, summer living for those looking for a happy, family vibe with generous spaces intelligently laid out. A private path (2mins walk) leads down past a waterside pergola picnic area, to the waterfront, where there is a private swimming area and jetty where a small boat (up to 11 mtrs) can dock, a flat area with chairs, umbrellas and ladder into the sea. A small natural sea water pond can be a great play area for little ones.  

Two electric golf carts and SUP paddleboards are at the guests' disposal. The garden is well stocked with mature trees and scented with flowering shrubs and flowers. On the lower level lays the pool with a spacious terrace, a gorgeous pavilion, an open air shower and separate bathroom/changing room. 

The pool area has deckchairs, umbrellas and several comfortable poolside bean bags. The pool area living is completed with a large, fully equipped outdoor kitchen and dining area for 14  guests, bar and belvedere with 8 stools, ceiling fans, a professional grade BBQ (in-built napoleon grill), an icemaker, a wine cooler, a refrigerator as well as a wood burning pizza oven (the in-house cook can make pizza dough - ideal for Italian nights and family nights with children). 

The villa is built in Mediterranean style, mainly all on one level with all rooms except one enjoying sea views and opening onto the front terraces, and two more rooms by the pool. Entrance Drive leading to a large, wooden ceiling-ed living-room open to both rear garden and the front terrace. TV, Satellite, DVD, music, WiFi. Kitchen and bar. 

Master Wing: Leading off to the right is the Master bedroom with a bed size of 200x190, which can be made into twins. The room opens onto a patio next to the main living room terrace. A/C, fan, good closet space and shower-room. 

Main Wing: Leading off to the left of the open living room and past the kitchen is a corridor with a WC on the left and five further bedrooms arranged as follows: 

Double bedroom with a bed size of 200x180 which can be made into twins with French doors to terrace connected with the main living room terrace, shower-room, A/C and ceiling fan. Double bedroom with a bed size of 200x200 which can be made into twins with French doors to terrace connected with the main living room terrace, shower-room, A/C and ceiling fan. Double bedroom with a bed size of 200x180 which can be made into twins with French doors to private patio facing the rear of the house, shower-room, A/C and ceiling fan. Through a door is a double bedroom with a bed size of 200x200 which can be made into twins, it has a window facing the terrace connected with the main living room terrace, shower-room, A/C and ceiling fan. At the end of the corridor is a double bedroom, considered the second master, with a bed size of 200x200 which can be made into twins with french doors to terrace, with a small private area before connecting with the main living room terrace, shower-room with two shower heads, Smart TV, A/C and ceiling fan. 

Pool Apartment: The last two bedrooms are located besides the pool and are in essence an apartment ideal for a family.  Entering there is a small corridor with tea/coffee machine and a fridge. The two rooms are on either side of the corridor; 1 double bedroom (200x180), walk-in closet, French door with insect screens opening to the pool area, A/C and ceiling fan. 1 bedroom with two large single beds in a L-shape frame.  Opens to the pool area and has A/C, ceiling fan and insect screens. Shared shower room.
