The villa, resting within 35000m2 of meticulously designed Mediterranean gardens, was initially built in 1893. Declared a cultural monument by the Greek Ministry, it has been fully renovated to serve the highest of contemporary standards while at the same time preserving the essence of another era.
The same nostalgic theme permeates the interior which consists of a study, two bedrooms, one bathroom and a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the first floor, as well as two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor is the living room of 110 m2 adorned with a central fireplace and two dining spaces one of which overlooks the 120m2 swimming pool, all supported by a fully equipped kitchen.
The villa covers 396m2 accommodating up to nine guests. The helping staff resides discreetly in a detached building (72 m2) within the estate.
Villa Olymbia is the perfect destination for families that seek a private location where kids can play in a natural yet protected and safe environment. The garden has been designed in such a way as to provide a beautiful relaxing atmosphere for a carefree vacation. The blue color of the sky reflecting on the swimming pool comes in contrast with the evergreen of the large open lawn areas, the century old olive trees, willow trees and blooming roses surrounding the villa.
While exploring the gardens, populated by indigenous plants and flowers setting up a colorful pallet, guests are also welcome to taste over twenty different fruits and vegetables such as strawberries, peaches and apricots depending on the season, all produced within the estate.
Close to the house, hidden from common sight by jasmine and wisteria bushes, is the basketball/tennis court. Cars can be parked in the underground garage of 105 m2, where the swimming pool changing rooms (21 m2) are also located.
Pets not allowed (there are three guard dogs in the estate).

To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
