This luxury villa (190m2)is in a class of its own in Paros. Featuring a living room with fireplace that can accommodate up to 12 guests, a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining table for 10 as well as a second fireplace, a huge 42” Smart TV, a WC and a large veranda which offers an abundance of luxurious space to call your own.
For guests seeking to unwind in pure luxury and privacy, look no further. Karissa’s five bedrooms are located on the first level. A queen-size bed dominates the first master bedroom along with an en-suite bathroom and a door to the patio. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and a window with amazing sea view. The third bedroom has twin beds dressed in fine cotton sheets to ensure deep unbroken sleep and en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private furnished balcony with magnificent view. The fifth bedroom has a king-size bed and a balcony. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. The living area is comprised of a sofa bed, a computer desk, a shared wardrobe, storage area and laundry room. The Karissa Villa is the home away from home you will wish you would never leave.
The outdoor spaces of Karissa are the real hub of this paradise. The upper veranda surrounds the villa from north to south and west, and has a built-in sunbed overlooking Antiparos, a dining area for 12 guests, seating area that can accommodate up to 12 guests, and impressive hammock chairs. The 14 sq/m 1.3 meters deep pool is located on the bedrooms’ level, with a jacuzzi, and a separate seating area. Karissa has two more levels, one that is designed for gatherings, comprised of a 12 guests dining area and sunbeds, and a private heaven, totally out of sight with a huge sunbed which can accommodate up to two guests. Karissa has 6 separate and completely independent outdoor spaces, sheltered from sun and wind at any given time.
Each villa has 2 parking spaces reserved for its guests. The private parking area is only accessible with a remote control provided to our guests during check in.
The villas are ideally located at Petaloudes – Glisidia in the southern part of the island, just 4 kilometers away from the Airport and 7 kilometers away from Paroikia, the main port of Paros.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
