The main entrance of the apartments leads to the comfortable kitchen and dining area. Here, you can prepare light meals in the equipped kitchen. Enjoy time together with family and friends while taking advantage of either the indoor dining set of table and chairs or outdoors.
The custom-made, wooden beds have been carefully designed to accommodate all your sleeping needs. They can be easily pulled together as a double or separated into two single beds. The en-suite bathrooms feature designer ceramic tiles for best hygienic practices. The glass-separated shower cabin has a wall-mounted and handheld shower as well as a top, rainfall showerhead.
2nd Bedrooms / Sitting Areas: These bedrooms face the front – poolside area with large windows overlooking the swimming pool and the bay across. The tilting, inward mechanism of these windows can also allow for natural airflow during the day or night.
Depending on the number of guests, this room can be used either as an extra living room area or the 2nd bedroom. The same custom-made bed frames can act as a corner couch, 2 singles or one double bed. There is an additional, en-suite bathroom with the same features here for your convenience.
Villa Karolina has a sheltered BBQ area surrounding the entrance to your apartment. This spacious area, with tables and chairs, will be your point of relaxation throughout the day or night. It will be the ultimate gathering space for your family or your friends. A place where you can have your morning coffee while enjoying the outdoors. The area where you can gaze out towards the bay of Skopelos and watch the boats and the world go by. The spot where you can count the shimmering lights of Skopelos town during the night while sipping a glass of wine with your dinner. This area is equipped with all necessary BBQ utensils and a set of chairs and table. There are just a few steps separating the BBQ area from an additional lower-levelled terrace. Here you can lounge your day away and sunbathe responsibly under the olive trees.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
