As you enter through the main door into the living area, the beauty of the villa immediately unfolds before your eyes. Colorful paintings, art objects, elegant furnishings, painted walls, a wooden ceiling, a fireplace, and stunning views come together in perfect harmony, giving the villa a warm and playful character. Every moment spent in this welcoming environment is a pleasure. Adjacent to the living area is a dining space highlighted by a beautiful chandelier.
The living area is equipped with high-definition satellite TV, home theater system, DVD player, hi-fi system, laptop computer, Wi-Fi, and a telephone line for local calls.
On the same level, a corridor leads to the fully equipped kitchen, which also features a cozy dining corner. The kitchen walls are painted by a renowned Greek artist, adding a unique artistic touch.
This floor also hosts the Lady’s Bedroom, featuring a romantic wooden double bed, the famous “red bicycle” painting above it, a vanity dressing area with ample space for clothing, and a large handcrafted mirror. The bedroom is served by a striking red bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor is the Master’s Bedroom, featuring wooden floors, a vaulted ceiling, and a large king-size bed. From the bed, you can enjoy views of the sea through the window directly ahead. Art objects, paintings, and an Art Deco armchair create a theatrical and atmospheric setting. A spacious dressing area is located behind the bed, and the room is equipped with a large high-definition TV, home theater system, and DVD player.
Next to the Master’s Bedroom is the Mezzanine Bedroom, furnished with a white iron double bed and direct access to a large terrace with panoramic views. A wooden ladder beside the bed leads to a cozy mezzanine level with a double mattress. This bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. A blue bathroom with a shower serves this floor.
On the basement level, there is a comfortable bedroom suite that receives natural light through a window and has a separate entrance to the courtyard. This level also includes a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dryer, as well as a bathroom with shower. A second bedroom is also located on this level, receiving light from the adjacent spa room.
Additionally, the lower floor features a fantastic spa room with an indoor heated Jacuzzi, which opens directly onto the pool area.
The villa offers a private courtyard adorned with flowers, a private infinity pool, stunning sea views, a shaded lounge area under a pergola, and sunbeds. BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
