The ground floor includes a large 55 m² living and dining room with a fireplace, television, and stunning sea views, opening onto a terrace overlooking the pool. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and more. There are two similar double bedrooms (160 cm beds, 12 m² each) with en-suite shower rooms, terraces with sea views, access to a small garden, and views of the tennis court.
On the upper floor is the master bedroom (200 cm bed, 40 m²) with en-suite bathroom, fireplace, balcony with sea views, and a small cloakroom. Two additional bedrooms (12 m² each) share a balcony and bathroom; one has two single beds (2 x 90 cm) and the other a double bed (160 cm). A study overlooking the garden includes a folding chair bed, suitable for one guest.
The lower basement level has a loft-style master bedroom (190 cm bed, 45 m²) with large-screen TV, bar, kitchenette, shower, and toilet. A second loft bedroom with a king-size bed includes a shower and toilet and connects to a double bedroom (160 cm bed), ideal for a nanny or children. This area also includes a sauna and hot tub. An independent bedroom (35 m²) with outside access has a king-size bed (can be split into two singles), shower, and toilet, overlooking the lawn.
The grounds cover 2,000 m² and are accessed via an electric gate. Facilities include a 14-metre private pool, private tennis court with floodlights, basketball corner, covered terrace for outdoor dining, barbecue with bar, fridge, sink, ceiling fan, sun loungers, and outdoor speakers. An organic garden provides vegetables and fruit for guests. Secure parking is available for multiple cars.
The villa is just a short walk from the nearest beach and allows swimming in the warm, crystal-clear waters of the Ionian Sea. Loutraki is a charming resort known for its mineral springs, modern spa, casino (one of Europe’s largest), and numerous restaurants, cafes, and bars. The villa’s peninsula location is exceptionally beautiful, featuring a seawater lake connected to the sea by a canal. Guests can hire a motorboat with a skipper to explore nearby remote beaches. Near the end of the peninsula is the ancient Temple of Hera and a small scenic beach.
For special occasions, nearly anything can be arranged, including chef-prepared meals (gourmet or traditional Greek), piano hire, small concert setups on the tennis court, and celebrations such as anniversaries or even weddings.
The villa is 450 metres from the beach, 10 km from the nearest supermarket in Loutraki, 20 km from shops in Corinth, and 100 km from Athens Airport (approximately 1 hour 15 minutes by car). Ancient Korinthos is 20 km away, Apollon Temple and Mount Acrokorinthos are 25 minutes by car, and Vouliagmeni Lake with a taverna is 300 metres away. Local shops for bread and groceries can be found in the nearby village of Perahora, 2 km away (10 minutes by car).

To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
