The house built against the rocks of the hill is naturally cool in the summer and warm in the winter. It is overlooking the islands of Paros, Naxos and Iraklia. Sitting at the very large veranda, you have the feeling that you are sailing on an exotic cruise. When the North winds blow. The sound of the waves against the rocks, becomes a sweet lullaby filling you with peace and relaxation. Sliding doors and windows expose you to the panoramic view of the Aegean. With it’s own private bay and large beach nearby, guests can enjoy swimming day or night and water sports depending on the weather.
This villa is a few miles away from the famous Homer’s tomb and a 20-30 minute drive from the town. Part of the road to the property is a dirt road. Guests will need a car to get there, preferably a Jeep type.
Villa Lovelia has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan living room, dining and fully equipped and furnished kitchen. Fully Solar Energy and a cistern for water, it is friendly to the environment. The sandy beaches surrounding the island and the crystal waters of the emerald color, is a real temptation. The town of Ios is an adorable place. The nightlife is mostly located in Chora and the port while the rest of the island is very quiet.
