Villa Ligandi in the upper level of a Villa complex, accommodates up to 6 guests and showcases a fully furnished patio and terrace with a wonderful view of the renowned medieval castle, “Kasteli”.
Our unique domed villa, dug in the rocky grounds of the ancient village of Emporio, is built in harmony with the island's unique morphology created by the volcano and is strongly influenced by the traditional Aegean Sea architecture. Along with our dreamy, handpicked decoration, the result is an environment of unusual freedom of expression that makes you feel mindful, joyful and balanced.
The kitchen is fully equipped and seats up to 10 people, while all rooms are comfortable and sophisticated. The interior is both naturally and technically ventilated, while four air conditioners are installed for your comfort.
In case you catch the sweet smell of freshly baked bread, you have turned lucky! The old bakeries , just a few meters away, may have been shut down long ago, but some people claim they can still sense the smell of baked goods!
The area, Emporio, is the best choice for you if you want to discover one of the world’s top destinations while living in a quiet and not-so-busy place. Having kept its traditional architecture, Emporio, which means “commerce”, was and still is a safe passage for merchants and travelers, and offers all basics shops you will need for your everyday needs. Narrow paths, the medieval castle of Kasteli, which was built to protect the lords and farmers from the pirates, and is still inhabited, green wild cacti and shrubs typical of the wild Aegean environment and small cute shops, add up to a picturesque village like no other.
Emporio is also close to Fira airport (20’) and very close to the amazing Black Beach of Perissa, as well as Aghios Georgios, both of which offer a variety of water sport and beach bars.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
