It is accessible indoors and outdoors through an independent entrance. The bathroom is fully equipped and contains a Jacuzzi bathtub.
The second level, up the stairs, includes a bedroom with balcony and a bathroom with bathtub. The room is equipped with two single beds, a spacious wardrobe, a bookcase, a furniture with mirror, a TFT 22′ TV and a HI-FI system.
On this level you can find a spacious living room with an open kitchen accessible both by the central entrance and by an assisting entrance as well as the main balcony with view to the beach.
The living room offers a comfortable lounge with a fireplace, a Smart TV with satellite channels, a home cinema with USB entrance, PS3 console with games and a HI-FI system.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven with grill, 4 cooker rings, a microwave oven, a dish washer, a coffee maker for filter coffee and espresso, cooking kitchenware, a big refrigerator with freezer, serving utensils, a baby chair and a dining table. In the balcony a sitting lounge and two recliners are situated.
On the upper level a bedroom with a a bathroom is situated. The bedroom offers a double King size bed, a spacious wardrobe, a bookcase, a furniture with a mirror, 22’ TFT TV and a HI-FI sound system. The bathroom includes a shower with hydro massage.
The outside area consists of a private (5*8 meters) swimming pool, a terrace with a built-in BBQ area, an outside faucet and a monasterial dining table. Outside the kitchen another table is situated under a sunshade, where you can grab breakfast, lunch or any other meal throughout the day.
For all those who want to discover the Ionian Sea further, they can find Agiofilli beach on the east of Vasiliki. The beach is 2.5 km away from Vasiliki and the access is easy via a small boat.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
