Villa Alma covers a total area of 250 m2, faces South and is set up in the middle of an olive trees field, offering a panoramic view on the crystal clear Ionian Sea and on the city of Corfu.
On the main level of the villa, there is a large living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. A bedroom with bathroom (bath + shower) and WC for guests is situated at the middle level. Each room has a wonderful sea view.
On the lower floor, there are three other bedrooms, each provided with a double bed, of which one has its own private bathroom/shower/WC while the two others have shared bathroom with shower and a separate WC. The lower floor gives access to the pool and includes a laundry as well.
Walking out the ground floor, you will find a wonderful terrace offering sea view, an infinity pool of 11x4 m surrounded with sun beds, an outdoor shower, under a pergola, a barbecue and a big dining table with sea view. At the back, a staircase will lead you on the rooftop of the villa, equipped with armchairs offering an incredible view on the turquoise water.
