Villa Filia

The villa, easily accessible throughout the year, is situated in an amphitheatric estate in the Southwest coast of the island, no more than 7-minute drive from the sea port of Gavrio and 3 minute drive from the sandy beach of Fellos bay. The villa of approximately 290 m2, with breath-taking view to Fellos bay and the green valley shaped between the mountains is completely autonomous and extends on three levels, accommodating eight to ten persons in four -five bedrooms and living spaces. The outside area offers an exclusive landscaped garden of about 740 m2, a 4 x 9 meters swimming pool and a parking area.

Villa Filia has been designed with the use of natural, environmental friendly materials, combining the Cycladic architecture with the modern, satisfying the highest expectations of the tenants’ for luxury and comfort, providing privacy and safety for the whole family.

The villa includes: two spacious living rooms with fire places, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two WC, built in kitchen and kitchenette with oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc., Italian windows and doors, installation for independent heating system, large verandas, patios, pergola and private garden.

The house has been built with great care and selective materials, such as marbles, wood and stone. The treatment of all materials is unique, - marbles of “Dionysos” with special obsolescence, carved stones and traditional dry stonewalls.

The main entrance of the villa is found on the main living area (approx. 75 m2), which includes a large living-room (lounge - dining room) with fireplace, built-in electric-equipped kitchen and a WC.

From the marble stairs, one can reach the upper level (approx. 54 m2), which includes two bedrooms with wooden floors and one bathroom with Jacuzzi.

The swimming pool level of the residence (approx. 125 m2), has an additional separate entrance and is connected with the main living area with an internal staircase made of marble. It includes two (2) bedrooms, one master bedroom with a bathroom with Jacuzzi, and a second bedroom with en suite a bath- shower. At the same level we have a fully built-in electric-equipped open plan kitchenette, a living room with a fireplace and a dining room as well as a separate WC.

In the swimming pool area, there is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water supply and a BBQ. The villa has autonomous central installation of satellite TV in the reception’s areas, installation of stereo sound system, autonomous heating and boiler, air-conditioning installations in all bedrooms, safety doors, thermo sound-absorbing window glasses, retractions and window screens, semi-outdoor spaces, and pergolas.

It also includes fitted wardrobes, Italian thermo-sound double glazing windows, armour-plated entrance doors, cable T.V., home video with DVD player, ecological beds, mattresses and linen. The furniture and fittings combine the modern with antiques and fine arts. Inventory list outlining the villa's equipment during the tenancy period is provided upon arrival and is available upon request.

Also, our new gym is thoughtfully designed to support your fitness journey, even while on vacation.It features a comprehensive range of equipment, including treadmills, elliptical machines, free weights, resistance machines, and more, catering to various fitness preferences such as cardio workouts, strength training, and functional exercises. Located within our villas, our  gym offers a peaceful and private environment, available 24/7, allowing you to work out at your convenience. Additionally, our gym lounge offers  bespoke chef services such as healthy breakfast, dinner and lunch options, energizing coffee blends and refreshing smoothies, enhancing your wellness experience amidst stunning views of the Aegean Sea. If there is interest, all these bespoke services must be ordered in advance  to ensure we can provide the best possible service.

The villa is lovingly maintained by our care takers who also look after our guests as part of the service offered. Key services and amenities are offered to the villa’s guests, such as daily service and cleaning, pick up from the port of Andros, and more. The villas are rented throughout the year, for a minimum stay of one week.

Villa Filia can also be rented together with one or both of its sister’s totally autonomous villas accommodating up to 26 persons.
