The newly renovated villa, consists of a ground foor and basement, and offers a magnifcent swimming pool. The surface area of the ground foor residence is 215 sqm, while the basement’s surface area is 185 sqm. The property features fve master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and one staff/guest bedroom, living room and lounge areas, kitchen, balcony terrace and gardens, outdoor BBQ and pizza oven, playroom with built-in bar and billard table, as well as swimming pool with jacuzzi, sunbathing loungers and outdoor bar.
Keratea is a town in East Attica, situated in the hills of the southeastern part of the Attica peninsula, 6 km west of the Aegean Sea coast, at about 200 m elevation. It lies at the northern foot of Mount Paneion, 12 km northwest of Lavrio and 29 km southeast of Athens city centre. The Greek National Road 89, connecting Gerak- as to Sounio, through Koropo and Lavrio, also passes through Keratea. Since the 2011 local government reform Keratea is part of the municipality Lavreotiki. Keratea is a smaller but beautiful upcoming tourist destination worth a visit. This hidden destination will wow and surprise every visitor by some of the most unique things to do and places to explore. Its location is also ideal for day trips and excursions to some of Athens’ most iconic attractions, including Cape Sounio and the Temple of Poseidon, as well as Delphi.
The town of Lavrio with its signifcant and turbulent thousand year old history stands arrogantly over southern Attica, attracting all kinds of visitors. Located about 60 km Southe-East of Athens city center and Keratea, and North of Cape Sounio, Lavrio is overlooking the island of Makronissos. The port is in the middle, while gridded streets cover the residential area of Lavrio.
Lavrio was famous in Classical antiquity for its silver mines, which was one of the chief sources of revenue of the Athenian state. The metallic silver was mainly used for coinage. The Archaeological Museum of Lavrion shows much of the story of these mines.
Visitors come to admire the magnifcent landscape, the civilisation and enjoy the warm hospitality of the locals. Upon arrival at Lavrio, visitors will encounter the many superb archaeological sites, which aborn the land and its very existence.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
