On the entrance level, there are two bedrooms with queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, offering direct access to sea or pool views through balcony doors. Additionally, there are two more bedrooms with queen-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, kitchenettes, sea or pool views, and private entrances. Three master bedrooms on this level feature king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, kitchenettes, and also have private entrances and views of the sea or pool.

The grand shaded living area includes a dining space that accommodates up to 40 guests, located next to the BBQ area — perfect for romantic dinners or vibrant evenings with music and freshly grilled specialties. There are two fully equipped kitchens, each with two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and a freezer, all with direct access to the outdoor dining area that seats 40.

There is an additional bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom intended for chefs, along with a guest WC near the living room. The infinity swimming pool, around 120 square meters, offers a stunning unobstructed view of the sea. Nearby, a shaded BBQ area is equipped with professional-grade appliances including two dishwashers and two refrigerators.

Shaded pergolas surround the villa, covering over 1,000 square meters and providing easy access to the external lounge area located beside the pool. An outdoor jacuzzi with hot water accommodates up to six people. The property is secured with electrical sliding doors that operate with access controls for authorized guests only, and there is parking available for up to five vehicles. Additional WC and shower facilities are available for guests using the pool. A large outdoor area is specially designed for children's activities such as cycling and riding hoverboards.

On the first floor, you'll find four master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and private balcony shaded by pergolas. All rooms offer beautiful views of the sea and pool. The level is also secured with access-controlled electric sliding doors.

The basement includes two personnel bedrooms — one with two single beds and one with a single bed — both with en-suite bathrooms. This level also houses a fully equipped gym featuring two treadmills, a stationary bicycle, a multi-functional fitness machine, dumbbells, gym mats, and two 65-inch smart TVs. A dedicated massage room is fitted with a professional massage table. Additional wellness amenities include a steam room, jacuzzi, feet spa, and a cold barrel shower.

For added security, there is a safety room equipped with an electric/magnetic security door, a built-in safe, telephone access, external camera monitors, and an alarm system. A laundry room is also available for tenant use, complete with washing and drying machines, an ironing board, and a steam iron.

On the upper level, there are four guest rooms with either king or queen-size beds, each with a private entrance, en-suite bathroom, kitchenette, and sea view through balcony doors. This level also features controlled access via sliding electric doors for privacy and security.
