Each Premium 3 ½ Bedroom Private-Pool Villa can comfortably accommodate eight people. Perfectly suited for families with children, the villas offer one open plan ground floor consisting of a living-room area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a shower bathroom. In every room, there is either an a/c or a ceiling fan.
There is direct access to the outdoor seating area and your comfortable outdoor dining area from the ground floor. Right next to them you will find your private BBQ, where you can share moments and delicious tastes with your loved ones whilst facing the Aegean Sea. Your private garden holds all the fresh herbs you are going to need to elevate your dinner. Laze your day away on your comfortable build-in sofas with Moroccan pillows. Rest assured, kids are right in front of you taking dives in your private pool! The outdoor area also provides an outdoor shower with hot water.
On the first floor you will find a luxury 30 sq.m. master suite, consisting of two spaces with an intermediate door, having two queen size beds and one en-suite jacuzzi-shower bathroom. You will also find a double bedroom with a queen-size bed and a shower bathroom.
Each villa is elegantly decorated in relaxing, soft tones. All villas include air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with free toiletries. A coffee maker is available. Free Wi-Fi is also provided.
Just a 7-minute walk away you will find the wonderful Fourka Beach where you can enjoy your swim in the clear blue waters of Halkidiki. The nearest airport is Thessaloniki Airport, at 91 km. from the Villas. With an additional charge, a shuttle service to / from the airport is offered.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
