The beach of Orkos, is considered one of the most captivating beaches on the island. A combination of nature and sea are what Orkos has to offer. Within close reach, one will find bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants. From the long stretches of the white sandy beach, to the clear night skies, it becomes an addition to the peace and tranquility one needs on enjoying the meaning of vacations. Orkos is located 8kms from Chora Town. We advise car or motor bike rental a necessity for this area and to explore all the island has to offer.
Designed with 3 levels the guest will be able to have access through staircases to each level. The top level consists of a double en suite bedroom with exceptional sea view. From the bedroom you have access to the verandah where you can relax and enjoy the view in a jacuzzi for up to 5 people.
The main floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with built in sofa, a double bedroom and bathroom. This floor is the main entry to the villa and one will have superb view to the beach, the pool area and barbeque area.
The lower level consists of a double en suite bedroom, a double bedroom and a bedroom which has been designed for children or teenagers and can accommodate 4 people. There is also a bathroom.
Villa Anemovilos comprises of an outdoor dining area with dining table, an outdoor fully equipped kitchen for catering needs including a barbeque, a private infinity swimming pool overlooking the sea equipped with outdoor pool furniture to soak up the sun. There is also an outdoor bathroom. The villa is situated aligned to Orkos beach front.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
