Villa Cloe is a two-storey villa consisting of three bedrooms, two of them on the first floor one with twin beds with a sea view and another double bed. The third bedroom on the ground floor has a king-size bed with a sea view. On the ground floor, there is a shared WC with a shower suitable for all the guests, and on the upper floor 2 ensuite bathrooms with a shower. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. Entering the villa on the ground floor you will find a spacious open area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen that has branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience. The area is completed with a dining room and a living room with a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels and an energy fireplace. The large windows create the illusion of transparency and provide a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas.
Is there a better place for you during summer vacation rather than laying by the pool and having your tanning session? The swimming pool with a pool area and the lounge space with sofas make the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. Pretty close to the pool area exists a dining table for moments of relaxation for you and your family, a BBQ, and sunbeds to enjoy the Cretan sun little things that will definitely impress you. The accessibility to the sea is pretty easy giving you the chance to enjoy the Cretan sea, Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the villa.
The swimming pool can be heated from March till end of May and from 15th September till end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26,5 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days advance notice for this facility.
The villa is situated at a very idyllic point and nothing can interrupt the magical views of the Cretan sea and mountains.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
