Uniqueness and originality characterizes both indoor and outdoor spaces. The villa has a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and a courtyard with a large adult pool and a children's pool framed by comfortable, modern sunbeds and beautiful umbrellas of shade. Around the villa there is a lovely garden in harmony with the natural environment with beautiful flowers and trees to offer moments of relaxation and tranquility. There is also a fully equipped barbecue, built with hewn stone and with a bench of white Pentelic marble. It is harmoniously combined with a beautiful outdoor living room and dining room of special disign.
The interior is comfortable, with carefully selected Italian furniture and decorated with minimal handmade works of art. The large windows flood the space with plenty of light that diffuses from everywhere.
Villa Belisima extends over three levels, covering a total area of 290m 2. At the same time, it is cleverly designed in two symmetrical places so that visitors can enjoy a kind of privacy and tranquility. The first level consists of 2 autonomous master suites with king-size built-in beds, en suite bathrooms with jacuzzi and unobstructed views of the garden and the pools.
The second level includes an open plan living room, dining room, 2 WC and Italian cuisine, fully equipped with a Korian bench with direct access to a huge, furnished terrace with endless views of the Cretan Sea.Going up a few steps the visitor reaches the third level where we find 2 bathrooms and 4 bright bedrooms with modern furnishings and equipped with state-of-the-art mattresses, for absolute rest and relaxation. All of them have furnished balconies, offering incredible views of the sea and the countryside for moments of carefreeness and romantic enjoyment of the colors of sunset at the end of the day. Built for accommodation all year round, the villa has full air conditioning units in each room and underfloor heating.
The fishing village of Kokkini Hani with its beautiful sandy beaches is 3 km away and the bustling shops, bars and restaurants of the seaside town of Hersonissos are only 15 km away. Also at a distance of 3 km are the aquarium of Crete and the dinosaur exhibition, while only 4 km away are the water slides for the fun of young and old. The villa manager will be very happy to give you information on excursions, activities, car rental and transfers, spa, home dinner and massage, as well as tips on things you can see and do during your stay.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
