The basement of Villa Milase (40 m2) provides an open plan fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with two single beds. One separate bedroom with Queen size bed is also provided. The area also offers one separate bathroom. A 6-seat exterior dining table is also located on the balcony area which is perfect for long dinners as the luminous sun begins to set.  All floors in Villa Milase include grand Smart TVs, Bluetooth speakers, Wi-Fi is fully covered as well as autonomous air conditioning units are provided in all floor villas’ areas. Wall fans are also available in all bedrooms. 

This magnificent estate provides a waterfall swimming pool of 20m2 which can be enjoyed by the sun beds and lounge sofas. An outside shower is available. Next to the swimming pool area, there is a barbeque area with a separate lounge setting which gives the most desirable dinner environment.
