Built in 2023, Pomme, brand new Luxury Villa with pool is the ideal accommodation for couples, families or party of friends. You will fall in love with the cozy, tranquil and romantic ambience of our property. Modern decoration, top class amenities and high-end facilities will charm you. The Villa can accommodate up to 6 guests in three spacious bedrooms, offering everything one can imagine for a comfort and memorable stay.The private estate of 200 sq.m. , is surrounded by a private garden full of grass, colorful flowers and palm trees, with sustainable and eco-friendly ways used to collect water for the garden’s watering. The large 60sqm swimming pool makes it a real gem of Rhodes Town. Two private parking lots are also available for the villa’s guests, secured from the rain and protected with CCTV. The Villa is separated in two levels. Guests can enjoy splendid views from their enormous balcony of the property’s first floor. The structure of 170spm combines metal and wood; stylish and eco-friendly at the same time.
When entering the villa to the main living room guests are greeted with the relaxing and calm atmosphere. Every piece installed is carefully selected with attention to detail to provide the most comfortable stay possible. Enjoy the comfort and ergonomics of the high-quality Italian furniture throughout the villa. Villa Pomme consists of two levels, connected with an indoor wooden stair, decorated with natural colors, artistic details and homely feeling.
On the Ground Floor guests can find a luxury living room with a handcrafted hanging French fireplace, and with direct view and access to the swimming pool. The state-of-art kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and facilities including a dining area. On this level there is also a master bedroom, with a King bed or two twin beds, an exercise area, and a working desk for those who have to combine leisure and business.
On the First Floor two master bedrooms are available with the option of either one King bed or two Twin beds in each one. Both are spacious, providing modern and cozy design, with en- suite bathroom and access to a large balcony with splendid view to the city, the sea and the mountainous landscape of the island.

Booking and Payment terms
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
