The villa features three large terraces (total 90m²) with pergola-shaded areas and a single roof for protection from the sun and the rain. There is a pleasant grassy garden ideal for children or for chilling out on those hot days. It is also used for seminar activities as it totally flat and there is provision for shading. There’ s also a BBQ and a stone-baking oven for home-cooked pizzas.
The entrance is located on the ground floor, which comprises a living room with a fireplace, an open plan kitchen, and a dining area. The ground floor offers direct access to both terraces
On the upper level, there is a master bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. These rooms share a bathroom with a shower. There is also an office space with a large panoramic window and a sofa bed that can accommodate another visitor. This space is ideal for reading, working, and playing.
The lower level includes two more bedrooms, one of which has a double bed. These rooms share a bathroom with a bathtub. The tool shed is also located on this level.
Villa Selana sits on a 2,000m² private plot of land and it is totally independent and detached, providing total privacy. There is a vegetable garden with organic fresh vegetables for you to pick, as well as a herb garden so you can season your cooking while at the villa.

To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
