The villa is furnished in a modern style with high-quality design furniturefrom e.g. Carl Hansen and natural colors and materials that create a warm atmosphere. There are 6 ensuite bedrooms that can accommodate 12 guests. All rooms have access to the covered panoramic terrace. The heart of the house is the magnificent open-plan living area with an attractive sitting area and a very well-equipped kitchen with Miele appliances. Ceiling-high sliding doors can be fully opened, allowing the living area to flow seamlessly onto the shaded terrace. This is the perfect place for al-fresco dining or a long aperitif, where the views of the blue will never bore you!
On a lower level (connected by stairs), the fabulous infinity pool beckons with its lovely sun loungers for a lazy afternoon, while children can spend hours enjoying the refreshing water.
Luna Villa is also ideally located to explore this beautiful and varied region of the Peloponnese. You will find several beaches at a short distance, including the breathtaking Voidokilia Beach and the charming towns of Pylosand Kalamata. Furthermore, you will find plenty of opportunities for walking, snorkeling, and diving in the clear blue sea. The villa is located on a hill, 3.5 kilometers from the village of Methoni, in the southwestern tip of the Greek peninsula of Peloponnese. This region has a beautiful and varied landscape with olive groves, green valleys, mountains, bays, charming seaside resorts, and traditional villages, as well as historical sites and rich cultural heritage. You can fly to Athens Airport (317 km), about 3.5 hours away from the accommodation, or to Kalamata Airport (55 km), about an hour away.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
