Villa Hair is located 45 km east from Heraklion Airport at the North-East coast of Crete. It is built in a beautiful private olive grove with stunning mountain views, only 500 meters from the sea and the picturesque fishing village of Sisi. Sisi stands apart from the neighbouring noisy and crowded Malia. The inner soul of Sisi becomes apparent when you reach the lovely little port in the rich, blue sea surrounded by the beach, local fish tavernas and a few authentic bars. In Sisi life flows in a much more easy and calm pace. To swim, Milatos beach is 5 min drive, Sisi beach is 7 min drive and the large famous beach at Malia is 10 min drive. All beaches have sun beds/parasols, toilets, showers, first aid and bars.

Villa Hair,140m2 is a beautiful, well designed and comfortable villa where no expense has been spared, interior and exterior. It sleeps 6. The accommodation is situated on two floors. The ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen/living and dining room leading to a very comfortable pergola shaded terrace. The living room has a 3 seat sofa a 2 seat sofa, coffee table, plasma TV with satellite, DVD, CD/radio and a dining table.

The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, extractor hood, sink, American fridge/freezer, icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and Coffeemaker and a full range of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

On the ground floor you will also find 1 bedroom and a bathroom. The upper floor has two bedrooms, one large bathroom.

The garden is surrounded by a traditional stone wall with a beautiful grassed garden where children can play. A swimming pool and an outside dining area complete the picture.

All the rooms are air conditioned. Cleaning - towels - linen - maid service - bath and beach towels are provided. The villa is equipped with a washing machine an iron/ironing board. Cot and high chair are available. The villa is secured with alarm system.

Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment.
Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
