Villa Oliver is suitable for those who want to get away from the fuss of the big cities and enjoy peaceful unique holidays, while exploring the beauties of the Messinian land.Villa Oiver is a modern, large open plan villa with three bedrooms on the main floor. The master bedroom is offering fantastic sea views. It is spacious with a queen bed, with large sliding windows that open up onto a big balcony with furniture. There is a walk-in shower and basin, as well as closet with cupboards. There are 2 more bedrooms, one with a queen bed,bathtub and basin, and one with 2 single beds that can be converted into a King size bed, with walk-in shower and basin. Both rooms have a garden view through the enormous sliding windowss.All bedrooms feature a black out curtains with no shutters.The living area has 2 lounges, one with a hammock and another with a luxurious designer sofa area. The Dining room is adjacent to the living areas and the open plan, fully equipped, kitchen featuring a dishwasher, fridge, oven. There is one WC room on the main floor.
The laundry room is located on the lower flower and offers ironing space as well as a tumble dryer. A 4th bedroom for staff/nannies/etc is also located on the lower floor with walk in shower & wc room. An extra Wc room, as well as storage room, are also located on the lower floor. The entrance of the room is from the garage, that leads to the lower floor and inside stairs lead you to the upper floor.
The swimming pool is 20x4 with depth max 170. There is an external sitting area for 4 as well as 6 sunbeds and 2 sun umbrellas.
The access to this property includes an unpaved stretch; the use of a suitable vehicle is recommended.

Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
