Villa Romola is an independent villa part of a complex of six villas situated at a panoramic location, set on the side of a verdant hill on the North Western coast of the island of Lefkas.You can gaze into the Ionian Sea, which appears to rise up and embrace the sun during the magical sunset. Ideal for calming and relaxing holidays close to nature, the villas are also near most amenities, such as super markets, traditional coffee shops and taverns. It offers easy access to the town of Lefkada (7km), the traditional tourist villages Agios Nikitas (5km) and Tsoukalades (700m).
In the South you will have the chance to explore the most beautiful beaches of the island, such as Kathisma and Pefkoulia, with their deep blue waters, as well as the fishing village Agios Nikitas
All villas are characterized of high quality aesthetics, with attention to detail and authenticity. The elements that harmoniously compose the residence interiors include wood, marble, granite, earth tones, furniture hand-built by traditional craftsmen and unique works of art. Villa Romola covers 45m2 on one level offering a private infinity pool (7 by 3 meters). The villa can accommodate 2 persons in one bedroom served by one bathroom. It is the ideal choice for couples or friends who want to escape stress-inducing routines. It will embrace you immediately, as well as offering you will the warm and relaxing atmosphere necessary to enjoy your holidays.
The villa consists of the following:
An open plan living/dining/kitchen area (with full cooking facilities). The living area has a fireplace, and French windows open onto a veranda with patio furniture. 1 double bedroom, bathroom with bath/shower, a mosquito net over the bed, French windows open onto a terrace. 1 sofa bed in the living area.
Outside: The villa sits on a steep hillside surrounded by wild maquis and olive groves. A natural stone driveway lined with stone walls leads to the villa. The patios are laid with a mix of tile and brick, all on one level and overlooking a private infinity swimming pool. Little flower beds add color to the patios. B.B.Q and patio furniture is also available. Parking area. Panoramic sea views and sunsets.

Booking and Payment terms

Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
