The villas are surrounded by a garden fully integrated in the Cycladic landscape and natural terrain of the island. A small melon field and herb patch guarantees few fresh biological vegetables for the visitor. The garden also offers many spots for relaxation and enjoying the view for those that would wish to explore it or be on private away from the swimming pool and the sitting areas. In the garden there is a small terrain for mini soccer, volleyball, also place for gymnastic -pilates and playground for children. The children also enjoy the ping pong and the basketball in the pool. A small water cascade separates the children's pool of 20 m2 from the big one which has a hydro massage. Around the pool, there are two built sitting areas with tables and comfortable sun beds. The small pool bar is equipped with a fridge and music system. You can always connect your mobile and play your preferable own music even with air play IOS or Android.
Both villas are surrounded by big verandas, each of them has comfortable bamboo seats and a dining table and chairs for moments of relaxation and enjoying your meals. In the back of each villa there is the barbecue and the traditional oven along with another dining set.
On the ground floor of each villa sleeps 6 people,2 double bedroom en suite 1 bedroom with two single beds en suite , totally 12 people. On the lower level of Villa A there is a bedroom en suite for 4 people it is a small suite and has a queen size bed and two twin beds ,and on the lower level of Villa B there is a bedroom en suite for 3 people it is a small suite and has a queen size bed and one single bed , so at both villas can sleep from 12 to 19 people. Both villas have gym, ping pong, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi and at the garden a terrain for mini soccer, volleyball also place for gymnastic -pilates and playground for children.
On the ground floor of each villa there are 1 living room with fireplace, 2 comfortable 3-seater sofas, home cinema, sat TV; dining room; air condition; fully equipped open plan kitchen. On the lower level of each villa there are gym area (electric gym runner, magnetic bicycle, multi-use equipment for 30 types of exercises using weights, abdominal bench, gym mat, pilates ball, step and ping pong (table with racquets) and SPA area (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi).
Ideal for groups of friends and families. this new establishment (built in 201 0) can also prove to be ideal for larger groups who wish to spend their holidays together while retaining privacy between the two villas. We give free use of 2 cars (apart from the fuel cost). A 5 seat Suzuki jimny and 9 seat Fiat scudo. This private property with a really unrivalled panoramic view, will offer never-ending moments of relaxation and at those nights that you will choose to sit next to the pool, away from the island's night-life, it will take you to a journey to The Stars (St'Astra) in the light of the candles and the sound of your favourite music.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
