The villa covers 110 m2 in two distinct floors with separate entrances to each one. The wall to wall glazing throughout the property allows sunlight to flood into the living area inviting you to take advantage of the panoramic views from any room.
The entrance to the villa is at the ground floor which opens to a spacious two story high, living room featuring a modern eco-friendly fireplace and many architectural elements. The kitchen area is open plan with stylish and practical wooden work surfaces, top of the range appliances and an informal dining area. There is a guests’ WC/washroom.
At the same level there is the master bedroom with an open plan design featuring a King Size COCO Mat bed and modern bath and climate control. At the first floor the second bedroom provides a spacious en-suite bathroom with walk-in Spa shower area and large balcony to the front featuring modern wooden wall cladding. It has a double bed (can convert to twin) and climate control.
Both master and guest bedrooms reveal an extravagant open plan bathroom design with either a Jacuzzi bath or walk-in Spa shower which provides unabashed luxury surrounded by an array of modern comforts and amenities.
Outdoors the pergola shaded dining area has extensive ciment built surface bench seats, furnished with comfortable padded mattresses, offering a laid back feel. A vast terrace surrounds the private infinity pool with lavish sun loungers to relax and soak up the Mediterranean atmosphere.
Villa Plethis enjoys a newly build solar powered heated pool. As a new attribution to the villa, it can give up to 4-6 C degrees higher temperature than other pools on sunny days. This a great advantage if you stay during spring or autumn.
Lush gardens planted with carefully chosen endemic plants such as wild thyme, rosemary, broom, fennel and oleander, blend sensitively into the natural landscape. Natural stone walls contain the garden and ensure privacy.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
