Villa Rosalva covers 95 m2 in a terrain of 1000m2. The villa is the ground floor of an apartment house located in an estate surrounded by a beautiful garden with flowers.
Villa Rosalva can accommodate 2 to 6 persons, two couples or a big family that want to enjoy a different kind of holidays in Naxos. The house is impeccable clean. It’s the perfect place to accommodate your family without having to worry about children’s activities and your well-being.
The villa consists of two comfortable twin – bedded bedrooms, another one smaller bedroom, all with wardrobes and comfortable mattresses, a bathroom that sparkles with purity with shower cabin, fully equipped kitchen and a living room with fireplace, TV smart 32’’ and comfortable sofa from which you can see the view of the villages. There is air conditioning in all rooms and free Wi-Fi.
Outdoors villa Rosalva has a large garden with a wooden outdoor sitting area (pergola) with sails and a marble table, seats with waterproof cushions where everyone can enjoy the meals on the sunny days of summer. The area is surrounded by a stone fence with benches of flowers, trees, pots and lights on the evening hours. It is comfortable and ideal for children to play. There is also an outdoor shower for those that enjoy to take a shower in the open air. In a closed cupboard next to the shower there is the laundry. Private parking is offered for your vehicles. Pets are allowed in agreement with the owners.
The villa has an external security camera for the highest safety of its guests.The camera monitors the entrance of the villa & the yard with pool. For more information about the video surveillance security system, visit our official website. There are Νo cameras in areas such as the shower, where customers' privacy is violated.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
