Wonderful place
Wonderful place, very spacious with great amenities next to the sea. Sparkling clean and with very large rooms all with ensuite - we were 10 of us and we didn't even use one bedroom as the kids could sleep together. House was very well equipped and Giorgos has made sure thoughtful touches were added. We will come back.

An absolutely wonderful and amazing place to stay
Diamandi Villa has been a once-in-a-lifetime experience for us. We rented thus idyllic villa with a group of friends, and found it airy, cool, and very accommodating to a thoroughly relaxing summer vacation. The large porch has a wonderful pool in it, and the sea is literally 50 metres away, with a reserved umbrella should you want to swim in the sea. We never left the poolside, needless to say! The property is secluded inasmuch as there are no neighbours to crowd you, but there's enough people nearby and at the beach so that you never feel secluded. The kitchen has everything you'd need, including a professional grade frappe mixer, cooking utensil, plates etc. There is a proper brick barbecue outside the kitchen, so we grilled meat all the time with salads from the kitchen - eating outside of course. What works so well for Villa Diamandi is that there is a supermarket literally 5 mins away by car. This has all the food, drinks, and supplies you need in order to spend all the reat of your time in the villa. We especially liked the locally made beef sausages and bifteki packages, which were great on the bbq. For our any needs, Pantelis and Gaz are very helpful and quick to respond. Its impossible to overstress how relaxing our stay was, how the gentle lullaby of the sea's waves wafted us to sleep every night, and how we miss it now that we're gone.

We all had a wonderful time, and already miss the view, the sun, the pool and the sound of the waves!
My family and I stayed at Villa Diamandi for our holiday this year and had a lovely time. The villa is spacious and comfortably fit us all in (5 adults, 3 children) with room to spare. The inside of the villa had plenty of room and is air conditioned. However, we spent most our time outside next to the pool which was perfect for us all. The beach is about 20 feet from the entrance gate to the villa and there is an umbrella and sun loungers reserved for villa guests. But with such a brilliant view, we still spent most the time at the pool, looking out to the sea! Porto Heli isn’t far and is a great place to explore, with some good restaurants too. You can also travel to Spetses and Hydra by boat very easily from here. We also took a day trip out to Nafplio which is about 1 hour 20 away, which is an amazing place to see. The team who help keep the house and pool running well are incredibly helpful and were able to recommend some great places to eat, and when we needed some assistance were over within minutes of us phoning them.

Agnese - Villa Diamandi
We love it
We love travelling and have stayed in many places/villas over the past few years and Villa Diamandi so far has been the best villa experience we have had so far. Firstly, the villa itself is in a fantastic location, close to Porto Cheli yet in a quite place to relax away from the tourist crowds. Secondly, the views are stunning as it is just a stone throw away from a lovely beach. Thirdly, the villa itself is very spacious and has a very cosy vibe and clever layout. Every little detail has been thought after. The pool was also amazing! We stayed with 2 kids and they spent most of the time in the pool. The owner also provided us with inflatables which were a big hit with the kids as well as adults :) Overall it was an unforgettable experience and we will definitely come back again! 5 star experience! Thank you!
