Our response to the COVID-19 pandemic

We fully support the preventative measures, which are aimed to ensure the health and wellbeing of our guests and staff. Our hearts and thoughts are with everyone affected around the world and, along with the rest of the Greek tourism sector, we will do everything we can to contribute to a swift end to this unprecedented situation. We are proactively getting updates on recommendations and advice from the relevant health authorities.

We are providing the following coverage for COVID-19 under our extenuating circumstances policy to help protect our guests and provide peace of mind. Please monitor this page for updates.

  • For existing reservations we offer the possibility to move your holidays at the same period next year or later during the year according to availability.
  • The cancellation policy provided for in our Terms and Conditions will apply as usual to reservations with check-in dates after May 1, 2020.
  • Addressing the concerns of future guests, we are currently offering additional levels of flexibility by relaxing our standard cancellation policy, facilitating the decision-making process to book their villa for this upcoming summer.

We recommend that you get full travel insurance to cover you against any disruptions that may happen. Your travel insurance should also cover you if your flights get cancelled or you can’t go ahead with any other services booked for your holiday. It is important that you familiarise yourself with the insurance provider’s terms in respect to holiday cancellations prior to purchase.

We will continue to review the application of this policy. Please monitor this page for updates and new information.
