Villa Priam is laid out over 3 floors with the main entrance being on the first floor. Entering the accommodation you walk into the large living area with the open plan kitchen, dining setting, and family bathroom. The front of this open-plan living space leads to the spacious veranda which gives you the option of a dining setting overlooking the village of Agios Nikitas and the endless blue waters of the Ionian Archipelagos.
Up the internal staircase are two bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. You have access from here to the second veranda also offering great sea views. From here up one more staircase is the attic-style bedroom offering a double bed and a single bed. This room is for children as the ceiling is lower.
The lower ground level of Villa Priam is connected to the main house with an external staircase. This floor is completely independent offering a double bedroom, large living area, fully equipped kitchen, and a family bathroom. This space has the convenience of being on the same level as the outdoor area and private pool.
