Milto's villa in Hydra is simply amazing!
The house is beautifully constructed around an outdoor patio and pool. The gorgeous woodwork, artwork, and furnishings make it a lovely place to live. It was very comfortable for our family of four as it has two bedrooms (one with an ensuite bath) and a separate loft with queen bed, along with a separate bath, full kitchen, dining area, and living area. The heating worked well during our fairly cold winter visit. The house is located a 10 minute hike up from Hydra's port. I would not recommend it to anyone with mobility issues, but we were happy to do the walk in order to live in such a nice place. I definitely recommend having a donkey carry your luggage! Miltos met us at the port, coordinated the donkey, and let us in. We had a few questions and e Miltos promplty helped. We loved our stay in Hydra and would certainly stay at Milt's place again if/when we return

This place is absolutely incredible!
It's probably the most amazing spot on the island. Miltos went above and beyond to help us with ferries and had every one of his pals on the island look after us. The house feels like its out of a movie and is a block away from Leonard Cohan's house! It was very hard to leave this little piece of paradise. If we ever return to Hydra we'll definitely be booking here again! Thanks so much Milto, you are what makes guests so fantastic.

Beautiful villa. It was wonderful
Our stay at Milto's beautiful villa was wonderful. The villa was absolutely beautiful and exactly as seen in the photos. We were met promptly at the ferry terminal by our host, helped with our bags up the many stairs that fill the island, and shown the accommodations and how to use everything. It is a wonderful quiet island, given we were there right before the busy summer tourist season. We enjoyed evenings without the noise of vehicles, sirens, exhaust, horns but instead welcomed the sound of the occasional donkey, rooster, and island animals. It was a welcomed pace outside the busy hectic life of the United States or any big city. I highly recommend a stay at Milto's home. He was a great host, gave us pointers on where/how to connect with transportation to and from the island, estimated travel duration, ferry times, etc. I was able to reach him at all times during my stay as almost every local business/restaurant along the waterfront had easily accessible WiFi to connect and send messages if you do not having a phone plan that includes roaming. I hope to make it back to Greece again, and if I do, I would absolutely request another stay at Milto's. I recommended this place to many friends, family and coworkers. It was absolutely wonderful. Wonderful villa
Wonderful location in a beautiful bay, the food at the restaurant was very good, the service at the bar and beach was superb, view was amazing, steam room and jacuzzi inside the villa were great.
