Amazing holidays
Nice new 4 double bed villa with tv in each room. Satellite TV in both sitting rooms (no English channels though :-( ) - good Wi-fi although no reception upstairs. Outside you use bar wi-if. Good ping and speed. - jacuzzi we used but not sauna (too hot for that) - nice pool from 1.2m so good for kids with 3 sun and 6 beds so plenty of shade if wanted. Surroundings - idyllic villa literally 10m from beach - owner owns bar / restaurant and staff are very attentive. They serve you straight away and bring food & drink to your villa/pool which is a nice touch. - also there are 4 sun beds and sun shades constantly reserved for you on beach should you want to go there Other - the town is 5 minute drive with 2 local supermarkets, plenty of bars and restaurants and shops. - we had a midnight ferry to catch on leaving day but owner let us stay in room in villa next door and use the pool etc until 10pm for FREE which was very nice.

Perfect for a fabulous family break
We had the most wonderful stay here in Sept 2018. The set up was perfect for our family and our children had the most wonderful holiday - the stroll from garden to the beach is idyllic and the water gorgeous, clear and tranquil. The villa has all you need and more. It’s compact but beautifully kitted out with every need met and more, and we had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The sunsets from the garden are stunning too! We loved it and would always choose to use My Greek Villa for our future trips to Greece!

« Amazing view for a beautiful villa »
Artis est une magnifique villa plantée sur un incroyable terrain qui surplombe la mer face à l’île de Marathonissi. La vue est spectaculaire et le vent joue dans les branches d’oliviers au rythme du chant des cigales. Nous avons été véritablement conquis par la quiétude de l’endroit. L’accueil par le propriétaire Yannis et son fils Dennis était très chaleureux et professionnel. Ils ont été aux petits soins tout au long de notre séjour, pleins de petites attentions, de gentillesse et de bons conseils. La maison est confortable, bien aménagée et très propre. L’équipe d’entretien est discrète, très efficace et sympathique. Les parties extérieures et le pool house sont également très bien agencés avec différents endroits pour déjeuner, diner ou prendre un verre. Un barbecue et un bar pour mixologues aguerris sont également très agréables pour des soirées sous les étoiles! Une grande et belle piscine pour faire des longueurs ou tout simplement se rafraîchir a comblé toutes nos attentes. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour et ne pouvons que recommander cette villa.
