The villa has no neighbours and offers peace and tranquility in the middle of an outstanding nature and a well-maintained fine mediterranean garden with breathtaking views to the Aegean sea and the surrounding islands as well as to the the town. The next beautiful sandy beach is about 900m by foot, gorgeous Diamanti beach and Kanapitsa beach as well as Nostos beach are close by with their unique restaurants and bars.
The rental area comprises of the whole lower floor with a unique luxury apartment of 70 sqm surrounded by 2 spatious furnished terraces including a 15 sqm fully roof-covered Outdoor-Dining room for 6 people. The apartment offers an exclusively furnished living/dining room and a well-equipped open kitchen (including refrigerator, electric induction stove, electric juice maker, Nespresso coffee machine a.s.o.). There are 2 stylishbedrooms with a double bed each and exclusive en suite bathrooms. All rooms including the bathrooms have sea view.
On the upper floor there is a luxurious studio of 20 sqm. The studio features a double bed with sea view and en suite bathroom, a small kitchenette with refrigerator as well as an extra toilet. Outside the studio you can relax on a 85 sqm furnished terrace including a roof-covered Outdoor-Living room of 20 sqm with breathtaking views. Adjacent to the upper floor is the back garden area with a luxurious 240 sqm split level pool area including a 8x4m private pool with sea view. In addition one can chill-out in the evenings on a 100 sqm roof top terrace and enjoy unforgettable impressions of the surrounding sea and islands as well as the town.
There is air conditioning and high speed WI-FI access in the apartment and studio. During the rental period the rest of the villa is not used by the owners so that all guests can enjoy total privacy in the whole area of the villa.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
