The outdoor area is an entertainer’s dream, featuring a central 12×4m pool, a second 6×3m pool, multiple seating areas for over 25 people, a BBQ with a wood oven, and a stylish outdoor dining area for 18 guests.
Secure parking for up to 10 vehicles is also available.

On the entrance floor of the main building, the villa features a fully equipped main kitchen of 26 m² with direct access to the indoor dining area. The kitchen includes an island, two refrigerators, a professional Smeg gas stove, a Smeg oven, a double-door fridge, microwave, toaster, espresso machine, and dishwasher.
The indoor dining area accommodates up to 12 people and offers direct access to both the kitchen and the outdoor dining area. Adjacent to this is a spacious living room of 67 m², with direct access to the outdoor living lounge and dining area, offering sunset and sea views. The living room includes seating for up to 14 people and a 72" television.
A guest WC is also located on this floor. Bedroom 2 is a 37 m² en-suite bedroom with a view of the backyard. It includes a king-size bed with four pillows, a 55” TV, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe box, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, dressing desk, work desk, toiletries, and towels. Bedroom 3 is a twin en-suite bedroom of 27 m² with a 55” TV, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe box, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, dressing desk, and work desk. This bedroom has views of Mykonos Town and the sunset, along with direct access to the outdoor main living area. Bedroom 4 is an en-suite bedroom of 21 m² featuring a double bed with four pillows, a 55” TV, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe box, ceiling fan, dressing desk, toiletries, and towels. This room also includes its own private balcony.
On the same level, in the guest house section, Guest House 1 (Bedroom 5) is a 46 m² en-suite unit with a private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, including a fridge (Smeg), gas stove, oven, espresso machine, kettle, and cooking equipment. The room has a king-size bed with four pillows, a 55” TV, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe box, roof fan, dressing desk, toiletries, and towels. On the lower level, Guest House 2 (Bedroom 6) is a 20 m² en-suite room with a king-size bed and four pillows. It is equipped with a 44” TV, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe box, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, espresso machine, kettle, fridge, writing desk, toiletries, and towels. The bedroom has direct access to a shared Jacuzzi patio with Guest House 3 and also enjoys views of Mykonos Town, Delos and Rhenia islands, the sunset, and access to the main outdoor area. Guest House 3 (Bedroom 7) is also a 20 m² en-suite bedroom with a king-size bed, four pillows, a 44” TV, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe box, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, espresso machine, kettle, fridge, writing desk, toiletries, and towels. It shares the same Jacuzzi patio with Guest House 2 and offers the same stunning views and outdoor access.
The outdoor area includes a central pool measuring 12×4 meters, complete with large beds and views over Mykonos Town, Delos and Rhenia islands, and the sunset. The main outdoor living space features a smaller pool (6×3 meters) and includes three large seating areas that can host more than 25 people. The outdoor dining area accommodates up to 18 people and includes a breakfast buffet setup. It offers direct access to the main kitchen and the BBQ area, which also includes a wood oven. The Jacuzzi area, located in front of Guest Houses 2 and 3, accommodates up to four people and is accessible via steps from the main outdoor living area. There is one parking area that can hold up to ten vehicles.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
