The villa consists of five luxurious bedrooms with five ensuite bathrooms and one WC in the living room and is designed exceptionally to offer comfort and luxury to its guests.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious bedroom with its bathroom and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities such as electric stove and oven as well as microwave, dishwashing machine and two spacious refrigerators, laundry machine and all the cooking utensils one might needs to prepare meals, there are espresso and filter coffee machines, a comfortable living room with TV, wireless portable speakers, a WC, a dining area to enjoy meals throughout the day, and a large terrace with a dining table. From this terrace, you can enjoy the view of the pool and soak up the sun on the loungers.
On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms, each with its bathroom and TV, one of the rooms is equipped with a bathtub, and a terrace with views of the pool and the sea. The second floor includes two more bedrooms with two single beds in every room, each of the rooms has its independent bathroom and a common small living room. The living room provides TV and a PlayStation. The living room and kitchen is equipped with a ceiling fan. The bedrooms on the ground and first floor offer air conditioning and ceiling fans, while the bedrooms on the second floor provide air conditioning.
In addition, the villa features a gas barbecue in its courtyard, private parking, private access to the beach, and private pontoon and tender mooring. Furthermore, the villa is located 19km from Corfu Airport andCorfu town. The nearest organized village where there are plenty of restaurants, shops, organized beaches, and supermarkets is a 5-minute drive.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
