The villa is south-east oriented with an unobstructed view. The guests are welcome to enjoy the infinity-edge lap pool, sunbathe or relax under the several pergola-shaded areas. Large built-in sofas with clean-cut lines covered by colored cushions and soft pillows offer all-day relaxation and recreation.
The internal spaces give a feeling of perpetual continuity with the outdoors. Open-plan living spaces and a minimalistic fully equipped kitchen connect the inhouse seamlessly through outdoor large veranda openings. Mesmerizing views through the large doors while sitting on a large built-in sofa is one of the most highlighted places to spend leisure moments. Walking around the villa several English-courtyards allow the sunlight to go along with you. Three en-suite double bedrooms with cutting edge decoration of boho style and direct access to the front yards, give an elegant welcome to the guests. At the other side of the villa, next to the kitchen area, is the fourth en-suite bedroom where extra guests may be accommodated. This bedroom serves two guests; however, it could be a good option for a group of up to four teenagers.
The villa is designed in a way that you can experience both the inside and outside with equally dynamic spaces provided both indoors and outdoors. The swimming pool offers a water-massage spot allowing the guests to relax whilst gazing upon the majestic scenery that unravels in front of them. Outdoors, the villa offers dining, coffee and bar areas along with a fully equipped kitchen area. The large cement table is accompanied by a cozy built-in sofa with brightly colored cushions, making this a very charming place of the property. On top of the villa, a pétanque court welcomes the guests for a small evening break. Shaded parking for two cars is provided on the premises.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
